Other projects include a $79,800,000 construction and mezzanine facility, a $20,000,000 infrastructure and construction loan for an industrial site in Ajax, a $12,500,000 construction loan for a design built industrial facility in Bolton, a $26,700,000 construction and permanent financing for a long term care facility in Toronto, a $26,125,000 facility for office buildings in Mississauga City Centre owned by a public company and a $16,000,000 construction loan for an industrial park in Brampton.
